Hello There...
I'm S. Renee Walker and I'm so excited to invite you into this safe space. Purpos3ful Coaching is distinguished by my genuine passion and personal calling to help others. This dedication, combined with firsthand experience and professional training, adds authenticity and depth to our coaching approach. With a commitment to kindness and sincerity, I strive to create strong, trusting relationships with each client, fostering a space where true transformation can flourish.
I’m a native New Yorker, born and raised in Brooklyn. I’m a daughter, sister, friend, godmother, mentor, and proud aunt — roles that have shaped my sense of responsibility, compassion, and care for others.
My academic path began at Penn State as a Psychology major and led me to the Fashion Institute of Technology, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications. That combination — understanding people and understanding messaging — continues to influence how I show up in my work today.
Professionally, I’ve worked in Human Resources since 2016 and currently serve as a Talent Specialist (Recruiter). At its core, my work is about people — supporting transitions, navigating change, and helping individuals move toward opportunities that align with their skills, values, and season of life. Before HR, I worked in fashion, so I understand what it means to pivot, evolve, and begin again with intention.
Along the way, I completed certifications in both Life Coaching and Career Coaching, deepening my ability to support clients beyond surface-level goals and into meaningful, sustainable growth.
Like most of us, my life has included both challenges and victories. Through seasons of reflection, discernment, and growth, Purpos3ful Coaching was born — a space rooted in compassion, clarity, and trust, created for those who are ready to stop shrinking and start choosing themselves with confidence.
I bring warmth, honesty, and grounded strength into every space I hold. I believe growth doesn’t require force — it requires safety, intention, and the courage to listen inward. My work is an invitation to do just that.
